He has exclusive Professional association with Kakaria & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Vapi, as Independent consultant and heads their Practice areas of GST & Company Law.

He has experience in handling GST Compliances and planning for more than 800 clients. He has vast experience in dealing with complex issue of GST like Investigations, Audit and Litigation. He has extensive liaison experience of representation before Central and State GST offices of South Gujarat & UT of Daman and Silvassa,

He has experience in handling Company Secretarial Compliances and planning for over 200 Companies and 60 LLP. He also has experience in corporate actions like Takeovers, Mergers, Joint Ventures etc. He represents clients before NCLT and has experience in handling corporate disputes.
