He has exclusive Professional association with Kakaria & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Vapi, as Independent consultant and heads their Practice areas of GST & Corporate Law.

He has experience in handling GST Compliances and planning for more than 800 clients. He has vast experience in dealing with complex issues of GST like Investigations, Audit and Litigation. He has extensive liaison experience of representation before Central and State GST offices of Gujarat, Maharashtra & Union Territory of Silvassa and Daman.

He has experience in handling Company Secretarial Compliances and planning for over 250 Companies and 70 LLP. He represents clients before NCLT and has experience in handling corporate disputes. He also has experience in corporate actions like Takeovers, Mergers, Joint Ventures etc.

CA Chirag Shah is a Commerce Graduate from University of Pune.He cleared his Chartered Accountancy course in 2007 and has been associated with Kakaria & Associates LLP since the Articleship Days. He also has a post qualification degree in Diploma in Information Systems Audit and also cleared the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection . He became a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012 and carries a rich experience of 17 Years in the field of Audit and Systems Audit. The area of expertise is Internal Audit and Information Systems Audit.
